The University of Novi Sad, as the project coordinator, hosted the project coordination meetings within Erasmus + project “Knowledge FOr Resilient soCiEty”- K-FORCE.
Two meetings were organized:
- Western Balkan Board meeting - 13th of September - Representatives of WBC HEIs participated in this meetingK-FORCE Project Management Meeting - 15th of September 2017 - Representatives of all participated in this meeting
- Western Balkan Board meeting was hosted by the University of Novi Sad and K-FORCE Project Management Meeting was hosted by Higher Education Technical School of Professional Studies in Novi Sad.
During the Western Balkan Board meeting open discussion was conducted on following topics:
- Equipment procurement procedure - Update from all WBC HEIs.
- Preparation of literature structure and defining WB working groups.
- SMS scheme between WBC HEIs and UNS for winter semester.
- Reporting instructions by UNS with specific details for WBC HEIs.
During the K-FORCE Project Management Meeting open discussion was conducted on following topics:
- Joint subjects learning material development - agreement on learning material structure and input from programme countries HEIs.
- SMS scheme between programme counties HEIs and UNS for winter/summer semester.
- Reporting instructions by UNS.
