On 13th December 2019, the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the University of Banja Luka organized a solemn academy and promotion of undergraduates and postgraduates dedicated to mark 23 years of successful work and development.
Hence, a total of 13 diplomas were awarded to the masters of civil engineering, architecture and geodesy, as well as 87 diplomas to undergraduate students who successfully completed their studies at this faculty.
Rector of the University of Banja Luka Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, PhD, said that the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy was one of the youngest members of the University, but also one of the most active in regard to international cooperation and scientific research.
„The Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy gives special contributions to the internalization of the University through the Ceepus network and by applying the Erasmus+ program Capacity Building and is currently the only member of the University where all study programs have successfully implemented or are implementing the Erasmus+ project“, Rector Gajanin stressed.
Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy Prof. Brankica Milojevic, PhD, emphasized that the Faculty had a successful year and that it was working on developing the quality of the teaching process. She said that in this academic year more students were enrolled in all cycles of study. During the presentation of activities of Faculty, the Erasmus+ project K-FORCE was presented, and also activities held during the project (lectures, life learning courses, mobilities).
