The main objective of this WP is to provide continuous professional development of employees in DRM&FSE sector in WBC through creation and implementation of certified LLL courses for practitioners.
The inputs for this WP are WP3 deliverables as developed MPs learning material will be adapted for LLL purposes.
After defining the required knowledge, skills and competencies, WBC HEIs involved in project will choose 3 courses to deliver to at least 400 professionals, with complete learning material, in blended way.
In addition, multilingual K-FORCE Glossary of key words and terms in the field of DRM&FSE 1st edition will be created and published.
Progress report regarding work done of the WP/activity to WG Chair and/or Activity leader will be regularly prepared. WG Chairs will consolidate the above progress reports and produce summary reports to the Project Coordinator on 3-month basis. The results of these activities will be agreed upon, compiled and published in final WG report.
