K-FORCE Project Meeting at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje

During 27th and 28th of January 2020, Steering Committee meeting, Western Balkan Board meeting and Project Management Meeting were held at AT Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, at the premises of Faculty for Civil Engineering.

During the first day of the meeting open discussion was conducted on following topics:

  • Summary of what we have done so far and what is ahead of us
  • K-FORCE LABs in implementation of DRM&FSE master and PhD studies at WBC HEIs
  • Report on 1st cohort evaluation survey - MPs
  • The first generation of doctoral students at UNS
  • SMS plan until the end of the project

At the end of the first working day, a workshop on project financial, administrative and SMS reporting was held. The goal was to help to all participants to deal with administration and financing in order to be ready for the final report in time.

During the second day of the meeting in Skopje, open discussion was conducted on following topics:

  • Applied SCL and PBL teaching methodologies at WBC HEIs
  • Learning material self-evaluation – prepared by PR countries
  • LLL courses report
  • Project results achievement – indicators vs. deliverables
  • Sustainability plan and future cooperation plan

At the end of the second working day, a workshop on project narrative reporting and outcomes was held. The goal was to make plan for smoothly and efficient reporting.
