3.3 Train the WBC teaching staff on both DRM&FSE topics and b-learning methodologies

Description

Within this WP, partners P8 and P10 will organize training with aim to train the WBC teaching staff on both DRM&FSE topics and b-learning methodologies. During this trainings partners will be divided in two training groups:

  • 1st group: Training for teaching staff (P1-P6) for implementing new teaching methods and specific issues in field of DRM&FSE;
  • 2nd group: Skills development training (training on how to make courses for specific target groups); Transfer would be done in groups (P7-P11 will address expert(s) who will do specific training), this method showed to be good when transferred knowledge is something all participants can benefit from, and it is convenient as can be organised as lecture. Other way will be counselling, face-to-face, where partners from PA will be able to discuss with P7-P11 experts (professors) about specific technical details or techniques.
